My Queen

In shadowed valleys where echoes linger unspoken,

She rises, a queen with a crown forged from quiet endurance.

Her hands extend like branches heavy with fruit,

Offering sustenance to those wandering lost paths.

Whispers of forgotten storms cling to her sleeves,

Yet she transforms them into gentle rains that nourish the earth.

With eyes that hold the depth of hidden rivers,

She bestows light upon weary travelers,

Turning their burdens into feathers on the wind.

From veiled nights woven with unseen threads,

She emerges, weaving tapestries of warmth for the world.

Her generosity flows like a spring unblocked,

Healing fractures in the hearts of strangers,

Anbenevolent force that mends without question.

In her presence, the air softens,

And the weight of old silences lifts,

Revealing a kingdom built on compassion’s quiet strength.

This writing beautifully portrays a woman whose strength is expressed through compassion, resilience, and selfless generosity. The vivid imagery of rivers, rain, branches, and kingdoms creates a powerful picture of someone who transforms pain into healing for others. I especially love how the poem celebrates quiet strength, showing that true power often lies in kindness, empathy, and the ability to uplift those around us.

What you have described is the purest form of beauty and grace. It’s the outward pouring and giving of love and compassion when it was not received.

In a world where “matching energy” is such a popular concept and phrase, it is beyond refreshing…it’s inspiring…to “trust thyself: every heart vibrates to that iron string.” To be kind in a world that smelts us into weapons and emerge from the die as a tool instead, is just gorgeous.

The inspiration for this poem is the greatest example of this I’ve ever known. She’s my hero.
